SHIPPING POLICY

GEasy Longarm Services by GE Designs provides professional longarm quilting on customer-supplied quilt tops. Because our service involves receiving your quilt top, quilting it, and returning it to you, shipping works differently than a traditional online store. Please review this policy so you know what to expect.
SENDING YOUR QUILT TO US
To make shipping easy, we will send you a prepaid shipping label after your consultation. Simply pack your quilt top, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier location. The cost of the inbound shipping label is included in your final invoice.
If you prefer to ship on your own, just let us know and you are welcome to use your own shipping method. We recommend using a trackable, insured service.
Packing tips:
- Place your quilt top in a sealed plastic bag to protect against moisture
- Pack it inside a sturdy box or shipping envelope
- Include your name, email address, and order number inside the package so we can match it to your intake deposit

We are not responsible for quilt tops lost or damaged in transit to our studio. Once your package shows confirmed delivery at our address, it is in our care.
LOCAL DROP-OFF
If you are local to the Chaska, Minnesota area, you may drop off your quilt top in person:
- Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- By appointment outside regular hours

RETURN SHIPPING
After your quilt is completed, we ship it back to you via insured shipping. Return shipping is handled by our team, and the cost is included in your final invoice.
- All return shipments include tracking and insurance.
- You will receive a tracking number by email when your quilt ships.
- Most return shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on the size and weight of the package.
LOCAL PICK-UP
If you prefer to pick up your finished quilt in person, let us know during your consultation. Pick-up is available during our regular drop-off hours or by appointment.
TURNAROUND TIME
Current lead times are posted on our website and updated regularly. This does not include transit time for shipping.
Turnaround estimates are approximate. We will contact you if there are any delays that may affect your order.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your finished quilt arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Include photographs of the damage and the packaging. Because all return shipments are insured, we will file a claim on your behalf and work with you to resolve the issue.
