Longarm Quilting Services in Minnesota

GEasy Longarm Services is based in Chaska, Minnesota, just southwest of Minneapolis. Quilters across the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota drop off their quilt tops in person or mail them in from across the state. Either way, the work happens here in Chaska, on professional longarm equipment, with personal consultation from Julie or Laura before we start.

Where we are

Our studio is at 125 Columbia Ct N, Bay 8, Chaska, MN 55318. We are about 25 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, 35 minutes from St. Paul, and easy to reach from Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Shakopee, Victoria, Waconia, Eagan, Bloomington, Edina, Minnetonka, and the western suburbs. Drop-off hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 2pm, or by appointment.

If you are coming from further out in Minnesota - Rochester, Duluth, St. Cloud, Mankato, or northern MN - mail-in works the same way. We ship the finished quilt back insured.

What to expect on drop-off day

Bring your finished quilt top, your backing fabric (cut at least 4 to 6 inches larger than the top on every side), and your batting if you are providing it. We can also provide batting if you prefer. Julie or Laura will walk through your project with you - the quilting design, density, thread color, and binding plan if you want us to handle that too. The conversation takes 10 to 20 minutes. You leave with a clear timeline and a price you can plan around.

Pricing and turnaround for Minnesota quilters

Pricing is the same for local drop-off and national mail-in: a transparent estimator based on quilt size, batting choice, quilting density, and binding option. The pricing page walks through the estimator. Our current lead time is posted live on the homepage and updated daily - quilters who ask "how long" can see the actual number before they commit. No three-month waits.

Whether you are dropping off in person or mailing in, the process starts the same way: a $25 intake deposit reserves your spot and triggers a personal email from Julie or Laura within 1 to 3 business days. The deposit is applied to your final invoice.
